Photos from 2003 were taken with an ordinary Konica Minolta film camera.
Photos from 2004 were taken with a 1.3mp Panasonic camera-mp3 player.
Photos from 2005 to mid 2007 were taken with a 4mp Sony DSC-L1 point and shoot camera. (The upgrade in megapixels explains the sudden increase in the size of the pictures.) :)
Photos from 2 June 2007 to present were taken with a 7.1mp Canon PowerShot A710 IS.
